Privacy Policy & Disclosures

This page explains what happens with the information you give us through this site, and it discloses how the site itself was built.

What we collect

When you use the newsletter signup, the collaborate form, or the creative directory intake, we collect what you type into those fields, typically your name, email, and whatever context you give us about the project or opportunity. We don't run analytics or tracking scripts on this site, and we don't use cookies to profile visitors.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, to send the newsletter if you signed up for it, and to route collaboration requests to the right person inside the studio. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with third parties beyond the services that process our forms and email (our form handler and email delivery provider).

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you can ask us to delete any information you've sent us by emailing support@itgstudios.com.

A note on how this site was built

This website was developed with mixed use of AI tools, for things like layout, code, and design support. AI tools were never used to write the site's copy or to scrape other websites, competitors, or collaborators for information. Every word on this site was written by the people at In The Gray Studios.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, or you want to know more about what we hold, email support@itgstudios.com and we'll respond directly.
