Studio Operations & Communications Coordinator
Part-Time · 12–15 hrs/wk · Remote (Chicago preferred)
The studio's first hire. This role handles the operational foundation that allows both founders to focus on production: communications management, grant and submission tracking, vendor relationships, calendar coordination, and general administrative support.
You should be organized, self-directed, comfortable working asynchronously, and genuinely interested in independent media production. Experience with grant applications, arts administration, or production coordination is a plus.
