ITGS was founded by Naimah "NONY" Gray and Ryan Gray to platform difficult stories with care. They are spouses, collaborators, and co-builders of a Black and trans-owned studio grounded in truth over performance.

Naimah "NONY" Gray is a multidisciplinary artist whose work moves through performance, film, writing, and long-form worldbuilding. Her practice centers grief, intimacy, contradiction, and emotional precision.
RYAN
Ryan Gray leads sound-first creative systems across the studio, blending composition, sound design, and visual development into a cohesive atmosphere for each project.
