The Setup.

What it is. Why it's funny.

THE QUADS is an animated comedy about the people who end up in the same block and somehow become each other's problem — and then each other's people.

Nobody came here on purpose. The Quads was inherited. The Kawfee Shoppee showed up uninvited. Da Barr has been here forever and will outlast everyone. And somehow they're all in each other's business by episode two.

Low stakes. High chaos. The kind of show where you go "wait, what???" — and then you're laughing before you can finish the question.

The owner hates what the neighborhood is becoming. Hates gentrification. Is not, however, opposed to taking the rent money. The contradiction lives here. Loudly.

Nobody wanted it here. It came anyway. Oat milk, exposed brick, $7 lattes. And one person from the neighborhood secretly works there. They will not be discussing it.

Has been here longer than anyone can remember. Knows everyone's business. Tells none of it. Except sometimes. Okay, often.

Everything that passes through here has a story. The owner has heard all of them. They keep the interesting ones.
